Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. We, JD Sports Fashion Plc (“JD Sports”).

Get the chance to personalise backpacks and trainers (the “Items”) in the JD Level-Up Labs instore following purchase of the Items in Participating Stores on the activation dates (the “Activation”) (listed below).

Customers will be able to either:

choose from a menu of letters, numbers and icons to personalise with (the “Options”). Items will be personalised with a heat press tool; or
take away a bag that includes laces, lace buckles and stickers if they do not want to heat press a design (the “Takeaway Bag”).

It is the customer’s responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the promotion, including travel to and from the participating stores.

Participation in the Activation is subject to availability of Options and Takeaway Bags.

Participation is limited to one entry per Item purchased, in Participating Stores only.

Insofar as is permitted by law, returns of personalised Items will not be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Insofar as is permitted by law, JD Sports, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstance be liable or responsible for any defects in the personalised Items or accept liability for any loss or damage occurring as a result of personalisation of Items except where it is caused by the negligence of JD Sports. Your statutory rights are not affected.

JD Sports reserves the right to (i) cancel this promotion at any time; (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s benefit from it; (iii) amend these terms and conditions.
